[Dev] Updated 0.5 feature freeze date

Last week Lisa sent out an email indicating our feature freeze date  
would be moved from Jan 11 to Jan 25. After evaluating the current  
milestone and scoping out the work remaining, we have decided that we  
will have to extend feature freeze out another 2 weeks to Feb 8th  
resulting in a 0.5 release date of March 15th. We are continuing to  
make good progress with 0.5 and it made sense to allow a bit more time  
to complete our sidebar and sharing work as well as some last remaining  
features to achieve our calendaring goals.
