[Dev] Chandler Milestone 0.4.05 available

   * db upgraded to 4.3.27
   * PyLucene upgraded to 0.9.5
   * Python upgraded to 2.4
   * Sharing to an SSL-enabled WebDAV server should work
   * Using new M2Crypto+Twisted integration
   * Verifying SSL server certificate
   * Webserver parcel added
   * Can debug with ActiveState Komodo (although it is slow)
   * Item persistence no longer using XML
   * And lots of mail, repository, sharing, CPIA improvements
