[Dev] Generate (Lots of) Data

Hi Aparna,

I checked in the Test menu cleanup yesterday. As part of this cleanup, 
there are now two menu items for generating content, "Generate Data" and 
"Generate Lots of Data". I wanted to detail what actually goes on with 
these items, so that any shortcomings in the item-generation strategy 
don't get in the way of your testing; also, if there are ways to tweak 
what's being done to be more useful, please say so!

- Both commands generate 5 new Item Collections in the sidebar, then 4 
("Generate Data") or 100 ("Generate Lots of Data") items each, of Notes, 
CalendarEvents, Tasks, and CalendarEventTasks. Each of these items is 
added to zero or more of the new sidebar item collections. After all the 
generation is done, the repository view is committed.

- The new sidebar collections will have unique names, but no uniqueness 
verification is done on any of the other data.

- "Generating Lots..." takes half a minute or so on my PC; I imagine you 
might see it take longer on other machines or platforms. I didn't try to 
create any UI feedback, because it's just for testing...
