[Dev] repository format changed

Unfortunately, the Application schema is still changing on a daily 
basis, so even with Andi's change we'd have to implement a similar 
change to recreate the repository every time we change the schema. A 
long time ago we had such a scheme, but people forgot to update the 
version each time they changed the schema.
