[Dev] Profile directory changes landed, location of __repository__ etc. changed

I remember when our original design goal of the repository was as a 
separate process. The reason for this was that your data could be 
available even when you weren't running Chandler. Also, from Chandler's 
perspective, accessing the repository, whether or not it was local was 
the same, which was an advantage of Kiosk mode. However, this was in the 
days when we contemplated "true sharing" instead of our current model of 
"import/export" (with the possibility of data loss in a round trip 
webdav transport).
