[Dev] WebDAVAccount Kind moved

The WebDAVAccount Kind just moved to a new location in the repository, 
so if you have a personal parcel.xml containing your WebDAV account 
settings, please change it to point to the new Kind's location.  
Something equivalent to:

xmlns:sharing="http://osafoundation.org/parcels/osaf/framework/sharing"
...
<sharing:WebDAVAccount itsName="MyDAVAccount">
...

The whole sharing layer is going through some changes as we hook up the 
new framework to the UI, so I wouldn't try sharing for a couple days.
