[Dev] Chandler 0.6 - ready for sanity testing

I've already sent to the list :) Here we go again:

* i've built chandler 0.6 on debian sid, powerpc, using gcj 4 (because
gcj 3.4 is broken at the moment)
* i can't run chandler. it gets stuck on splash screen, at 5%
* i don't have useful log from command line :/

I can provide other informations if useful.
