[Dev] Chandler 0.6 - ready for sanity testing

Aparna and myself have done a quick verification of the Chandler 0.6 
build - but it coudln't hurt if others download and sanity test the 
release :)

Any issues should be sent to Aparna if it's related to running of 
Chandler or to me if it's related to installing.
