note: uploading a webcal calendar does work, assuming you specify the 
corect content type when you PUT it.

subscribing to a webcal calendar from chandler also works if the 
calendar's file name ends in .ics (chandler won't recognize it as a 
webcal calendar otherwise).

4860 is closed, and the cosmo 0.2.5 release is being cooked as we speak.
