[Dev] 0.6 developer documentation

I wanted to repeat a couple of points, because I've gotten some questions...

We have complete drafts of all of the documents that are going into the 
distribution. Links to these drafts are here:
http://chandler.osafoundation.org/docs/0.6/

Please send any feedback on these docs by the end of the day -- the 
authors only have tomorrow to make changes.

A few dev docs will not be in the distribution, they'll be on the wiki 
instead. These docs don't have the same hard deadline on Wednesday.
- i18n busy dev guide
- cpia scripting
- import/export tutorial

The dev docs will eventually be linked to from here, among other places:

Thanks for all of the feedback so far; the docs are looking pretty good.
