[Dev] Feedback on OSAF status overview

My concern is that a reader searching for information about a project would
miss relevant information if the project category tags are removed from the
Status Reports. But there may be a work around using WordPress's full text
search instead. The WordPress implementation has both full text as well as
category search.

The category search results display as full entries, but the full text
results display only the post's "excerpt". For example try:
http://wp.osafoundation.org/index.php?s=Cosmo

This compresses the output, but requires the reader to click to expand every
entry (sort of like getting excerpts in an RSS reader). But, it has the
added benefit of finding every entry with the search string, not just the
entries the author tagged with the project category.

Or, as Brian suggests we could make the Status Updates it's own Category and
the reader using the category search would have to search twice to get all
relevant information on a project. Unless of course if the author were to
diligently post information that is included in the Status Updates as a
separate postings.

I personally feel ok about giving the Status Updates their own category if
we are going to continue them, which I hope we do.

Pieter
