[Dev] XML Schema

There's no XML Schema developed that I know about, although Julian may 
know otherwise (cc'ed).  The DTDs are embedded in the standard 
specifications themselves in each case.  The XML version of the 
standard documents (hosted on ietf.webdav.org/caldav and 
ietf.webdav.org/webdav) might be an easier place to pull the DTD 
fragments out of since they're in XML and it's easier to find the bits 
which are DTD.
