[Dev] Chandler schedule update

We have pretty high confidence that we can nail Chandler milestone
0.5.05 by next week, so that is now set at September 7, 2005.

This means moving 0.5.06 and 0.6 releases out by the same amount, the
new dates being:

0.5.06 	   	 28 Sep 2005 (Feature Freeze)
0.6 Release 	 16 Nov 2005
