I'd like to remind people that we have some requirements about licenses
we can use in Chandler because of our relicensing requirements. We
maintain a website that lists all the third party modules and their
licenses and requirements they have.

Maintaining that page is fairly easy with stuff that goes into external
or internal, but we also have some tiny packages that go directly into
the chandler dir. These don't automatically get noticed.

So please update the
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Projects/ThirdPartyLicensesInChandler
page whenever you add or remove third party code, or the license in a
third party package changes.

I've already added information about Feedparser and EXIF (although the
info could be a bit more complete). If you know of more third party
packages not listed there, please add them.
