Alec's already implemented the basics of the template scheme, and just 
needs to clean up the doctests and fix the bugs.  So I think we'll be ready 
to start quite soon.  Also, I seem to recall that Alec volunteered last 
week to port views/main and blocks/detail to his new scheme, so I'll 
happily kill off the rest once he's done that.  ;)
