[Dev] SVN commit info on the tinderbox status page

Ok, I have wrangled perl code and have come out with most of my sanity 
intact!

The SVN column on the tinderbox status page is once again working -- 
next will be bonsai updates.

Please let me know if you see any oddities with the generated data.
