[Dev] wxPython v2.6.0 integration

Folks,

A CVS heads up: During the early hours on Thursday (4/28), I'm 
optimistic that I'll be checking in wxPython v2.6.0. I'll do my best to 
keep the Tbox green 'n clean; it may take make a couple of whacks. I 
expect to finished before dinnertime.

This also means that SWIG v1.3.24 will be activated. Chandler's SWIG 
dependencies are increasing, so take note. PyLucene has been updated and 
appears to be working. chandlerdb appears to be OK as well. The status 
of m2crypto: builds, but should be retested.

Overall, this wxPython release looks to be an improvement for wxMac:

Pluses:
- text controls look and behave much better
- redraws feel snappier

Minuses:
- toolbars still lousy
- bitmap control borders are still lousy
