[Dev] Linux distro integration

I'd like to collaborate with the OSAF team on the tactical plan for
0.7 target Linux distro integration work:

If someone wanted to suggest a Wiki page name, I could suggest a
couple thoughts there and it could evolve into a plan of record, with
Mike's oversight.  Discussion would be here (but light since it's not
a 0.6 target), but plans recorded there.

My main goal is to give me a place to think and experiment on Linux
build integration (Gentoo and Debian sid most interesting to me
currently), without distracting the 0.6 work.

I haven't thought about the tactics much; it just occurred to me that
it'd be nice to write some stuff down somewhere.
