[Dev] QueryParser update

As if the tree being on fire wasn't a clue, I've begun to update the 
QueryParser package/module.  The aspects of the change causes a 
chicken/egg situation so for the next 1/2 hour the build will be broken 
if you pull from CVS.

I'll post here when it's complete.
