Hi folks,

I've had a few discussions recently with folks about various aspects of 
open source stuff.   Here's an article that I came across yesterday 
that gives you a feel for how the ASF manages accounts, systems, etc:

any changes for OSAF, but I do think it's instructive to see the 
different ways that the various open source communities solve their 
problems.
