[Dev] wxPython unicode

Monday morning I'll be coordinating with David S. to turn on Unicode 
support in wxPython for all three platforms.

I'll post a message here when the binaries are available so everyone 
can update their chandler/Makefile from CVS to pick up the latest 
version.
