[Dev] wxPython 2.5.2.9 changles landing on trunk

I am just about to start committing wxPython 2.5.2.9 changes to trunk. 
First I will land the merged branch in /internal/wxPython-2.5. Once I 
have the new binaries created, I will check in the changes in /chandler. 
There are other changes in external and internal that will also be 
picked up at this point.

A thing to note, especially if you are on a Linux platform, is that this 
will enable Chandler to run reasonably smoothly on Fedora Core 2, which 
we selected as the main Linux development platform in the short term. In 
the short term, it may also be the only Linux platform where you can build.

The tree may go red for a while.
