[Dev] Demo branch created

Next week we will have some demos of Chandler, and this has created a 
need for a stable branch, while at the same time we need to be able to 
move forward with regular development.

If you are working for the demo, please check out a tree from the branch 
and do the demo work on this branch:

cvs co -r CHANDLER_0_3_24_DEMO_BRANCH chandler-python

Now, updates and checkins work as usual, they just go into the branch 
instead of the trunk. NOTE: Do NOT use -A switch on update/checkout 
commands, because that will unset the branch sticky, and you will then 
be working on the trunk.

If your changes need to go to both branch and trunk, you should have two 
trees and check your changes into both of them - we will not be merging 
back from the demo branch so it will be a dead-end.
