[Dev] Bryan Stearns joins OSAF staff

OSAF would like to welcome Bryan Stearns who joins our apps team as Software Design Engineer. He will be working on CPIA and focusing on Chandler's Detail View for the 0.5 release. 

Bryan comes to OSAF by way of Microsoft, Excite at Home, Classifieds2000, Apple, and the first computer store in the world. He's happy to be working with Donn again in the Applications team (after their long-ago stint together on the original Mac team), and he's excited about working in OSAF's open development process.
