[Dev] Milestone delayed, don't checkin except...

...to fix the broken sharing and any other blockers we find.

I just finished making the 0.4.01 milestone, but then heard sharing does 
not work. It seems like Andi checked in a potential fix for that after I 
was done. So, we'll wait for tinderbox to cycle for the new build, get 
some QA on those bits and if all looks good I'll redo the milestone. If 
we find more blockers we'll fix those before respins.

Once again, please do NOT checkin except to fix these milestone blockers.

I will send out an email when all is clear and you can checkin (also, 
tbox and bonsai show tree status).
