[Dev] soliciting feedback on wiki skins

On the wiki, you can have multiple skins, and I've been thinking about
using different skins for different audiences.

I'm interested in hearing if you think there should be
   * one skin for casual visitors and one for developers who are deeply
intimate with the Chandler project (e.g. OSAF employees and hard-code
developers),
   * only one skin, the "casual" one, or
   * only one skin, the "intimates" one.

I'm envisioning that, for example, each skin would have a sidebar, and
the sidebar would be very similar for the two skins, but the "casual"
skin's sidebar would route users through a wiki page that gave a bit of
an introduction; the "intimates" skin would bypass the intro. For
example, casual users would see a link to Chandler.ReportingBugs, while
people who set their preferences to use the "intimates" skin would have
a link straight to Bugzilla.

(Please note that I'm not interested *today* in figuring out the visual
design or details of the interaction design, just which flavors of skins
we should have.)
