[Dev] Tinderbox builds status

I am restarting the tinderbuilds on oahu and maunaloa; they seem to 
have hung during CVS operations on Thursday and Friday. They are still 
running old builds; the new builds will start running once the issues 
with failing tests are resolved. The failing tests on haleakala (still 
old build) seem to be related to UUIDext not being available. Since the 
tests succeed on linux and OSX, there is probably a packaging error in 
the build which I will try to resolve.
