[Dev] CVS Graph enabled for LXR and Bonsai

I noticed that Bonsai can support CVS Graph [1] (graphical 
representations of CVS revisions and branches) and it turns out it was 
as simple as installing the package and changing a pref. I added the 
support to our LXR as well, and it should be possible to do the same for 
ViewCVS if anybody wanted to...

Check out the "graph" links on LXR and Bonsai, for example
