[Dev] Reminder: OSAF Office Hours 11 AM PST Wednesday 10 March

This is a reminder that the next OSAF Office Hours will be Wednesday, 10 
March at 11 AM Pacific time (19:00-20:00 GMT/UTC/Zulu), with the 
Applications Group featured this week. 

The Apps group has been diligently working at a lot of infrastructure 
issues that are not highly visible.  While this means that they don't 
have a lot to show off in the this Office Hour, it does mean that they 
can more devote more attention to your questions and comments.
