After the CommunityWG meeting today, where we talked about Katie's page  
for the Apps group,

I updated the repository group page to look more like it:

Hopefully this will make things easier to find.

On Katie's page, meeting minutes are listed in reverse chronological  
order -- I followed suit,
but the main page with all the meeting notes is in chronological order.  
  We probably need a
convention.
