[Dev] New command line option for RunChandler

Hi all,

I just added a command line option '-repo' to RunChandler (via
Application.py) which allows Chandler to start up from a pre-loaded
repository. The easiest way to get a preloaded repository is to
RunChandler (use the -create option to start from a clean repository)
and store the desired data into it and then quit Chandler. You can
then use operating system commands to make a copy of the
chandler/__repository__ directory. When starting Chandler via
RunChandler supply the path to your copy as the argument to the '-repo'
flag.
