The <wink> was obviously missed here. My final comment was meant as
humour. (Although I should point out that after 5 years of working
at a company where _everything_ runs in UTC, I find it pretty trivial
to convert back and forth in my head. I realise that this is not a
common thing, regrettably ;)

Course, there's always Swatch's "Beat Time". Whatever happened to that,
anyway?
