[Dev] First crypto code in, problems?

I checked in the first steps of crypto support in Chandler proper. 
Please let me know if you notice any problems (it's just initializing 
and shutting down the crypto engine at the moment, and easy to disable 
if you run into problems).

If you can't start Chandler because of these changes, comment out all 
lines that contain "crypto" in Application.py. If you can't run unit 
tests, delete crypto/tests directory.

If you are on Linux, and pull chandler/ dir only and then do make, you 
may need to blow away debug|release-0.3-7.tar.gz file and do make 
install again - the tar files were missing OpenSSL so's until today.
