[Dev] Twisted and OpenSSL+M2Crypto scheduled to be enabled on Monday

This is a heads up that we are planning on making a change in 
chandler/Makefile on Monday 6/14/2004 which will pull in and enable 
Twisted and OpenSSL+M2Crypto.

Please let me know if you have concerns etc.

If you notice problems after the change, inform Mark and me immediately.

OpenSSL and Twisted have already been enabled in external if you have 
done full builds yourself. M2Crypto was just enabled in internal, again 
only noticeable by you if you do full builds yourself.
