We recently had a meeting combining engineering and design people to  
review the design requirements for addresses in Chandler:

This page was slightly updated after the meeting, but generally remains  
unchanged.  We all agreed that these are the goals we want to strive to  
meet when encountering related considerations in engineering  
implementation and UI design work.
