[Dev] CVS activity now reporting to CIA

Well, I mean this CIA: http://cia.navi.cx/

   "Real-time open source activity stats"

Currently 239 Open Source projects are reporting checkins to CIA. The 
report includes the time of the checkin, the author's username, checkin 
comment and the file names. It's a bit like dumbed down Bonsai. You can 
see how your project "competes" against the other projects with checkin 
stats, and hopefully this will attract more people who are interested in 
Chandler development.
