[Dev] Milestone 0.3.20A testing on IRC

This morning's IRC "Office Hours" will focus on testing the latest 
milestone build. As mentioned in yesterday's email announcement, there 
is an issue with the Linux distribution, which will not launch properly 
from the executable binary. We have patched the distribution, 
includnigng launcher scripts, and new downloads are available at 
http://downloads.osafoundation.org/chandler/snapshots/0_3_20_A/

Once you download and un-tar the distribution, "cd" into the unpacked 
directory and issue the command debug/RunChandler (or 
release/RunChandler) and you will launch the product.
