I did some testing on my system, and it seems like the chandler_bin file
in Launchers-release-0.3-4.tar.gz (this is pulled and used by the make
install build, and the distributions builds use this as well) is bad.
If you manually build your own (in /internal/launchers), and copy it
over the bad chandler_bin version, you should be able to launch chandler
by running the chandler executable.
We'll verify this and try to update the binaries package and
distributions in time for IRC tomorrow.
