[Dev] Aparna Kadakia joins OSAF staff

OSAF would like to welcome Aparna Kadakia who joins our team as QA 
manager. Aparna was fascinated by all the open source development 
projects while working at Netscape where she started out as a QA lead. 
She later became QA manager at other Silicon Valley ventures defining QA 
processes for large scale enterprise projects. OSAF is her first 
contribution to the open source world. She will be doing testing for the 
Chandler project and defining QA processes for enhancing the overall 
quality of the release.
