[Dev] The Busy Developer's Guide to the Chandler Repository

In an effort to help people get started with the repository, we've  
produced a Busy Developer's Guide to the Chandler Repository  
<http://wiki.osafoundation.org/twiki/bin/view/Chandler/ 
RepositoryBusyDevelopersGuide>.  This document covers the basics that  
you'll need to know in working with the repository.  It doesn't cover  
the advanced features of the repository -- we know that we need more  
documentation.

Also, the guide is a work in progress, so if you find areas that are  
unclear or lacking in detail please let us know.
