[Dev] no longer need to add signature

I've made a change to the twiki such that you no longer need to add your 
signature line to wiki pages when you edit them.  I'm talking about the 
line that looks like
    -- Main.DuckySherwood - 15 Dec 2004
(and the one that people commonly forget to include).

Instead, the last ten edits to the page are enumerated at the bottom of 
the page.

You can see all the contributors by looking at the "All Contributors" 
link in the bottom colored bar, or via the "OSAF Wiki-page contributors" 
link in the copyright notice.

You can see who made exactly which changes by looking at the diffs.  
There is a link to Diffs on both the upper and lower colored 
"navigation" bars.

If you make a comment on text that someone else wrote (as opposed to 
e.g. a typo fix), it's probably still a good idea to sign your comment.
