On that thought, I started a Module Owners wiki page that should help 
clear things up at least a little bit. Mozilla has had this for a long 
time, and while it has not been up to date very often, it has provided a 
useful starting point in many cases to track down the person who owns a 
certain piece of code, and issues with it. Please expand/fix as needed:
