[Dev] Chandler queries

Hi folks,

I've just checked in the first version of the new query stuff.  You can 
find a
short description of the status at

Those of you interested in writing queries should look at:

I've made all the changes necessary for ItemCollections and the rest of 
Chandler
to use the new system, but I haven't checked those changes in yet.  
Those
changes are all under parcels and I've attached a diff of those changes 
to
this message.   I've tested Chandler as much as I know how after making 
the
changes and I can't find anything that doesn't work.  If you have 
concerns
about me checking this in please let me know.

In the ideal case, I'll checkin the chandler changes during some night 
and watch
tinderbox to make sure everything stays green.
