Actually, RunPython and RunChandler scripts are only available in the 
Linux distribution to work around a bug in the Linux launcher.

But it seems like we should actually include the scripts in the 
developer distribution for all platforms. Filed 
http://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1759

In the meanwhile, to get those scripts you would need to pull the source 
from CVS and do the build (the easy version works fine):
