[Dev] Addendum - Milestone 0.3.22

As Heikki pointed out, the Twisted+ M2Crypto integration is not 
officially part of the build, but can be enabled manually if you have 
the full source and do "make applym2" in the external/twisted 
directory, then rebuild external.
