[Dev] Announcement - Milestone 0.3.22

The Milestone build 0.3.22 has been completed, and is available for 
download from http://downloads.osafoundation.org/snapshots/0_3_22/

Some details of this build:

     * SMTP module added for mail
     * Updated Stamping for robustness
     * Added Out Of The Box Menus
     * Twisted+M2Crypto integration. Simple SSL client should work 
(server does
       not work), as well as reading email over IMAP (SSL).
     * DetailView is now completely hidden when starting out
     * Add cloud testing for mail item cloud which may demonstrate 
problems
       with clouds + mixins
     * plus the usual numerous bug-fixes
