[Dev] not finding Python site libs (incl. current linux snapshot)

Will,

We apologize, there is a bug open on this issue 
(http://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1672). Until this is 
fixed, the developer script may be used to launch Chandler: in a 
terminal where you are in the directory containing the distribution, 
type "./debug/RunChandler" or "./release/RunChandler" depending on 
which distribution you downloaded.
