[Dev] FYI: wiki bug linking without ugly preview through InterWiki feature

FYI:

There's now a way on the wiki to be able to link to bugs that doesn' t 
have the annoying side effect of really ugly display in the page 
preview.  Now, if you type "Bug:" plus the number, e.g. Bug:1001, that 
will make a link to the OSAF Bugzilla page for that bug.

I made a very simple page that has the old-style "Bug#1001"-ish use and 
the new "Bug:1001" use; if you edit and preview, you'll see the 
difference between the IMHO ugly Bug# style and the new Bug: style.   
(Note also that both still work and that both take you to exactly the 
same place.)
