[Dev] terminology resolutions from monday's design meeting

At our design meeting on Monday we worked on getting agreement on a 
standard set of terminology having to do with repositories, sharing, and 
replication.

Based on the resolutions at the meeting, I just created a bunch of new 
glossary entries (and made changes to a number of existing ones).
