[Dev] Tree reorg...

This afternoon I moved wxPython-2.5 up a level in "internal" and 
revised the build system to accommodate the changes. Anyone working in 
the new build environment needs to check out a fresh "internal" tree 
(preserve any changes you may not have committed so they can be applied 
in the new place.)
